Only product that sells should be on your floor at this time. You should have reports in hand that show you what sold and what didn’t from last year. I hope your products reflect what your customers want and will buy. Remember this is the only time I will let you go over and spend not 55% of your sales on product but you can go over and up to 58%.Barbara
