Barbara will review your retail display and merchandise techniques. She will put your product selection through her unique Retail Makeover real estate planning system and assess whether the products you display are in the right places in your store to effect maximum sales.

This program is based on a minimum of 3 hours of one-on-one time with Barbara.
One of the sessions will have you directly working on a display in your store via Skype, FaceTime and your tablet or laptop. Barbara will take you through a Retail Makeover display workshop, with you working on your own displays, in your own store. This unique training works because you are getting expert direction and you are working on your own displays.
Barbara uses today’s technology to share her knowledge with her retail clients.
Coaching sessions include all areas of concern and are custom designed to address the retail client’s needs and concerns.
You send Barbara pictures of your store displays, basic measurements of your store with approximate fixture placement and a list of the categories you sell, with sales-per-category information.
