When you start using these tools your employees will perform better because they’ll have a clearer understanding about what’s expected of them and how they’ll be evaluated. You’ll also become better at hiring, orienting, coaching and training your employees, evaluating and discussing their performance, encouraging their growth, celebrating achievements and, if necessary, terminating poor performers.

Our Retail 365 Job Description will spell out the major duties and responsibilities of a Retail Sales Associate and outline some of the skills, training and education needed to perform the job. Our Performance Scoring System further clarifies the specific skills, knowledge, and behaviors employees must demonstrate to meet store standards and will help you systematically measure individual performance.

Both documents have been developed as examples only. Please review and tailor them to meet the unique needs of your business.

    I have used the 365 Performance Card. It was the most useful tool for me to communicate with the staff the level of performance achieved. It helped to identify for them and myself areas of strength and where the employee needed to improve. Together we where able to formulate the necessary goals and objectives following the review.

    Our staff appreciated the detail contained in the Card and where that we are aware that there is a lot that goes into the phrase “job well done.”
