Three One Hour Coaching Sessions by Phone, Skype Or FaceTime

  • Sessions are by phone and by appointment with Barbara calling you. In person or email sessions can also be arranged.

  • Sessions are 1 hour in length a week with a minimum commitment of 3 hours or 3 weeks.

  • Research, review and development are outside the coaching sessions and will be billed on real time used.

  • Payment of 3 hours minimum is due prior to the first phone appointment; your first 3 hours are prepaid.

  • A “Retail Coaching Questionnaire” will be sent to you to be filled out prior to our initial phone call.

  • Session and client information is confidential.

  • Coaching sessions include all areas of concern and are custom designed to address the independent retail client’s needs and concerns.
