Sessions are by phone and by appointment with Barbara calling you. In person or email sessions can also be arranged.
Sessions are 1 hour in length a week with a minimum commitment of 3 hours or 3 weeks.
Research, review and development are outside the coaching sessions and will be billed on real time used.
Payment of 3 hours minimum is due prior to the first phone appointment; your first 3 hours are prepaid.
A “Retail Coaching Questionnaire” will be sent to you to be filled out prior to our initial phone call.
Session and client information is confidential.
Coaching sessions include all areas of concern and are custom designed to address the independent retail client’s needs and concerns.
